well, I decided to move my secondary computer into the living room and just run xmbc as a program (bummer). So I go to a terminal and: <div><div><br></div><div>~$ sudo apt-get install xbmc</div><div>Reading package lists... Done</div>
<div>Building dependency tree </div><div>Reading state information... Done</div><div>E: Unable to locate package xbmc</div><div><br></div><div>so update my apt database but that doesn't help any. Then I do a little web searching and find that apt-get is the way I should do it. I found the '=Installing_XBMC_for_Linux#Ubuntu_2' page and it implies that xmbc id in the official ubuntu repository so apt should do it. </div>
<div><br></div><div>So please, what am I doing wrong?</div><div><br></div><div>:-)~MIKE~(-:
