I'm looking for a good shared hosting web host

I would recommend a VPS from https://www.pixelgate.net/ .  I've known 
Bill the owner since 2005.  No level ones - you talk with a real sys 
admin who can fix things.  I have a small VPS +  Plesk 
https://www.pixelgate.net/cloud/  I've had it for maybe 5 years.

I think you would be very happy.  I know I am.
