Installing and configuring VirtualBox on Kubuntu 22.04

Thanks Nathan,

I assume I need to retain the extensions pack - So I should move it some 
place safe in the home directory so it can be referenced by VirtualBox?  
In other words it is not consumed so VirualBox will need access to the 
extension pack.
