ot - gas price

I know how bad the homelessness is getting. Lots of young people that can work or bettering themselves won't look for work or better themselves because they think they can bum more money from drivers at intersection that what you can make at a job. Lots of those young people are becoming destructive towards other people property like it's a big thrill to them and at most bus stops it's getting dangerous just trying to go past a bus stop when in a wheelchair. I'm in a wheelchair and have to go past those stops just to go to the store..I also see elderly people living on the streets because their rents were jacked up to force them out so Landlords can fix them up to have high paying tenants. Phoenix doesn't have rent control and there is a big shortage in fire and police officers too.
