Dock Replacement under Wayland

GLX-Dock is actually the older form of Cairo dock, go figure, probably
broken too I'd presume.  Lemme see!

Sadly no docks seem to work worth a damn in wayland.  Argh!  FML!  Wayland
defeated by shite dock software.
