Preorders open this morning at 10AM AZ time, will cost $5 I think, and you must have previously made a purchase on Steam before June 2021 to qualify. They are trying to keep people from buying all of them up. 

I am preordering at 10AM if it all works out. 

There are 3 versions with varying storage and the most expensive will be like $650 bucks and the cheapest will be $350. Cyberpunk 2077 is like 77GB so if you plan to play a triple A, you’ll need the biggest one.
