Slack for PLUG

I’d imagine we would want to setup an open-source solution of some kind.

I’d be willing to setup a rocket chat, for example, but I don’t know what that would take for our audience, not had anyone said anything about wanting one.
Nobody expressing interest may also be why it never happened, though.
