zoom and teams patches

Am 28. Apr, 2020 schwätzte Phil Waclawski via PLUG-discuss so:

moin moin,

webex says my system isn't supported and points me to the page on system
requirements. I now see the issue, I'm running plain Ubuntu rather than
'Ubutuntu' so I guess I'll have to find an install iso for that :).
