impress?

I'm looking for some way to make a pamphlet. What is the best way? Do I
need to download a template? Where do I download it to? I tried just using
Writer but it doesn't act the way I want it too when pictures are involved
(I can't get a space between the picture and the text  when the alignment
is set to justify.
