kde connect and pos phone

Make sure your phone is unlocked, android locks the partitions when the
phone is, same as adb.  Also, android is definitely weird about sd-card
access, you typically have to unlock it specially to request permissions
separately, I've run into this on numerous devices that access files there,
and may limit connect.

I don't use kde or dolphin much to use this feature, but I know I *have*
used it in the past, just don't remember details beyond above.
