OT- look at how long things have been this way

What we are experiencing is human nature.  AZ is taking in an abundance
of tax money.  Since times are good our Governor wants to spend it all. 
It has only been maybe 8 years since the selling of the Capital Building
to balance the budget.  People never learn...
