PLUG discount for SCaLE

Just for kicks, I just tried out the discount code and it appears that 
it only works on the scale pass, but not the ubucon scale pass.
I guessing that is an oversight since they say the ubucon scale pass is 
just so that they can get a better count of who is planning on going to 
ubucon.

Anyway, choose the plain scale pass is you want the discount of $37.50.
