Good Cheap PC to play MP3s and MP4 video? (Was: OT Mac Mini obsolescent?)

2GB RAM?  IMHO, 8G is minimum any more (ok, MAYBE 6G, but 4G is just too close to getting in to swap thrashing…)

And, wow, Resell Electronics sounds like a place I need to keep on my contacts list!

How do they acquire their stuff?
