The official pricing list is at https://aws.amazon.com/s3/pricing/ .  I 
would guess that storing 2T of data on "standard" storage would cost 
$60.93/month.  Transferring 2T of data from s3 outward bound to the 
internet would cost $184.23 .  And then more $ for every 1000 POSTs and 
10000 GETs, which will add up if you have a lot of files.

This seems... expensive.  2 large-enough USB disks periodically rsynced 
and rotated offsite would probably be cheaper, if you could do that.  If 
you need this to be entirely network-based, and you need to store and/or 
transfer 2T of data, you will probably end up paying significant monthly 
fees one way or another.
