Luminance HDR

Because on large images it can take a long time to render, often times 
several minutes.  It would be horrible if you had to wait that long for 
every change you made.
I keep the resolution low while I play around with the settings (which 
you also have to click tonemap to show changes) and then switch to the 
max resolution for final rendering.
