Drone shots

so is the 13 inches it is considered small? What size would you suggest I
try? I want to do is get an inexpensive one to learn with and then later
get an expensive one. As for streaming wouldn't that be more to do with the
service provider? I don't know.The guy who recommended it was pretty
emphatic. He said that he had over 50 and that the sky viper was the best.
As for the wind.... out here in florida we don't have much of that if it
isn't storming. I think that has to do with the fact there aren't any
mountains out here:!)
