ProxMoxVE, Ceph, and migrating from HyperV

I don't recall the exact semantics, but I believe Ceph's NBD implementation is usually renamed RBD in the Ceph documentation, so you may be able to setup a "remote block device" and access that directly from selfimage to store the image directly into Ceph.
