Reducing image size

Depends upon if you wish to print them as photos.  If so, you probably
don't want to make them smaller (in the case you want 8.5x11 or so)...

I have about 9GB of photos.  These images are 2560 X 1920 and are
roughly 2mb each.  I assume I could get away with a much smaller image.
