OT ?? HostGator propagation issue ??

one of my favorite dns failures is when we leave negative caching set to a
week, then test it before our changes propogate :)

all other normal dns troubleshooting applies.  make sure your correct dns
servers are set and those have the appropriate bind records in the parent,
cache values are sane, etc etc
