sftp in caja

I realize there is filezilla but I can't get it to connect. It tells me:

Status: Connecting to 192.168.0.2:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused
by server".
Error: Could not connect to server

Should I try another port?
