How to stop this annoying pop-up?

No new addons installed recently.
And no recent updates or changes to the system
other than Clink (Century Link) replaced my
older Motorola modem/router with a newer Actiontec.

But this new pop-up problem started before that modem change.

So, still wondering how to put a stop to that pop-up annoyance.
