Arizona Internet Speed Test

I observe packet loss along the path the Cox network uses to get to
Netflix, but not on Qwest or Cogent, etc etc.  I can get to most other
things, but not Amazon boxen in that geography.  Next time it happens, I'll
get the terminating router.  Such blinks are usually restored quickly.
