un-strech the screenj

cool.... I guess i just didn't wait long enough for it to reset itself the
first time I did it. But now that the widescreen is normal the square  one
is scrunched. I'm certain I just have to wait for the setting to take
effect but is there a keyboard shortcut to hurry it up?
