rsync problem

After brian said opessh-server I remembered that is what I had to do
before. So I installed it and now it says:

Offending ECDSA key in /home/bmike1/.ssh/known_hosts:1
  remove with: ssh-keygen -f "/home/bmike1/.ssh/known_hosts" -R 192.168.0.3
ECDSA host key for 192.168.0.3 has changed and you have requested strict
checking.
Host key verification failed.

So to add it would I:

cat
/home/bmike1/.ssh/known_hosts:1>>5a:e4:46:fb:6e:52:a4:74:15:fd:d5:83:1c:63:01:74

???
