Wouldn't requiring a business license severely limit their business?

"Dallas" ... "fiber with Internet/TV/Phone all"  I'd bet that is Verizon.  Sounds like their biz model.

My nearby neighbors say that when they ask CL for DSL service, a business license is required.
Along with a huge start-up deposit.
