Internet connectivity issues, transportation issues, lack of 
presentations all contributed to a low turnout.

I thought I had expressed that by stating "...try to find a location 
closer to the middle of Phoenix"

The campus just East of I-17, where we used to meet might be 
good.....ie, closer to central Phoenix
