Rackspace email & DNS

I think it is cheaper to spend $100 a month to let someone else run the email server than for me to take on all those headaches.  I started down that path and found it was going to take a lot of on going effort.   I's not the cost of the server, it is the cost of time.

You get to that amount, and it's on the border of creating your own mail server.
It's not terribly hard, it just takes security planning.

I looked at google and they are $5/mo or $50/yr per box.  I need about 50 mailboxes.  That turns out to be $1,800 more a year.  Rackspace has 10g mailboxes and Google has 25g mailboxes.  I'm guessing all else is equal.  We just need plain old mail.  Nothing fancy.
