cube Farm Rackspace with link to video

Coming from Motorola/GD, the 8-ft cubicle was my escape from everyone and
was a place where I could code in solitude, and of course surf/play games!
Being at a start up, the transition to a cube farm was difficult at first,
but has proven to be much more productive. My guess would be it seems to
make communicating to team members much more fun and welcoming. I'm not sure
of the effectiveness in a farm of 50 or 100, but in our environment of 12
it's been awesome!
