Need Help with Wireless Networking on a New Install of Ubuntu 11.04

Some things to try:

Be sure your sense key hardware button is on.

dmesg - verify your wireless device

You will see an error about your device driver and instructions to fix if
required.

If you are using the little Wireless icon tool, right click on the upper
right hand corner (depending on your distro) and you will be able to edit
connections.  There is a tiny place to click to add your options also.

iwconfig -a
ifconfig -a
