remotely controlling your computer

Thanks for the suggestion to use tightvnc. I've heard of them. I downloaded
the source and I need to ask...... where is the makefile and all the stuff
needed to compile it? You know... I'm uneasy about the download. It only
ran for  a second or so. Does that sound right?
