Removing socket 1156 stock cooler

The PSU had cooked two MBs before I realized the culprit. I bought a new PSU and a new MB. The PSU company said they'd replace the cooked parts so this meant the third removal. I sure hope the PSU company makes good since my GPU is toast on a new i5.
