pci_set_device_state error

Super, Thanks!  So interpreting that finding, it would appear that:

   - that message relates to setting the wireless card to a power saving
   mode
   - it is being done far too often (> 1/sec), it is being done wrong (so it
   fails), or it is failing because a new request happens before it succeeds,
   or ...
   - one fix is a command to turn off power saving with 'iwconfig wlan0
   power off' but it is not stated whether that needs to be re-done with each
   boot or is a permanent change
   - another fix is to install the unspecified "most recent" kernel where it
   has already been "fixed"
