Is there something such as celluar wireless to connect with an ISP ?

Aye, I have the Android 2.2 version, the wireless tethering just
works.  Maybe I'm suppose to be paying something extra but I haven't
had to yet.  I simply connect to the wireless network created by my
phone and I'm able to access the internet on my laptop.
