I would start out with some prepaid legal help. The last Ranger meeting we had 
a rep from the phoenix area prepaid legal and they have a new ID theft system 
and it is pretty cheap. Their lawyers will do all the work and it costs you 
only a small fee each month. Seemed like a good deal.
