interesting article re. new regulations for internet security professionals

You raise a lot of good questions.  Questions everyone should be asking.  If we do not stop the erosion of our rights we will loose them and getting them back will come at a great price.

Freedom is not free.  If everyone spent just 2 hours a week getting involved then we can stay free and maybe shrink  government in the process. 

Some good news.  Local (Tucson) talk show had a state rep on this morning and he said in 2010 Photo Radar will be illegal in the state of Arizona.

Given my prior traffic radar certification and receiving a photo radar citation in the mail when I was not the driver, is good news that photo radar will be out.

Has anyone ever heard of:

- Illegal search and seizure.
- Probable cuase
- Innocent until PROVEN guilty
- should FEDEX packages be perused by the gov without a warrant?
- should the U.S. Mail be perused by the gov without a warrant?

- should cb communications be perused by the gov without a warrant?
- should smoke signals be perused by the gov without a warrant?
- should internet traffic be perused by the gov without a warrant?
- should the ladies afternoon quilting session conversation be perused by the gov without a warrant?

Just because it can be done with great ease doesn't mean it should be done!
I can't help but wonder what Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, etc. etc 
would think of us "We the people" ie the government allowing this to happen to US!

Is our internet or any other form of communication guilty until proven innocent?  

Government monitoring of ANYTHING without a warrant constitutes illegal search.

THINK ABOUT THE DIRECTION "We the People" ie the government, are heading!  really THINK about it!
