Thanks for the compliment. I don't think either of the techs had a wand
toner... only a pocket toner. WHen I was working with comcast everyone
thought I was crazy for spending the money for the wand rather than getting
the crack-pipe toner. I told them how to use it and the next week one of the
other guys was telling everyone that it made it so much easier to find one
cable in a bundle of fifty.
