In order to allow you to figure what was happening and stop the pain, let's give you an immediate solution:

Have anything that's sent/from addresses with the subject designated on the FULL MAIL HEADER automagically /dev/null 'd  You can do this through your .qmail file (once you isolate them):

|forward &>/dev/null
