my router hates me

OK, this is what we know:
You are connected to your router via ethernet :)
Your wireless works...

Is your ESSID one of:
> ESSID:"linksys"
> ESSID:"2WIRE860"

And is the MAC address of the wireless interface of your router either of:
> Cell 01 - Address: 00:23:69:56:30:F9
> Cell 02 - Address: 00:1F:B3:00:01:A9

If so, your router is out there.
Look at the syntax of iwconfig and do:
ifconfig eth1 up
iwconfig essid <your ESSID> eth1
dhclient eth1

If you get an IP address, and can talk to your router, your issue is with
the graphical interface.
Maybe... ;-)
ET

PS: DO NOT connect to the same router with both interfaces (or same subnet).
It may work, but it will break...
