  and the fact that they ignore these obvious problems and instead
suggest selling off the state legislative building shows how
exaggerated and ridiculous this has become.  I was down at the State
Senate last week.  Its great to see the senators waving to their
lobbyist friends in the balcony.  I don't doubt that the problems you
mention will be addressed, the question is how bad will we let things
get before something is done.
