Is SOAP configured on PHP?

Decide if you want a "stable" distro php version or a custom binary.

You can just do an apt-get or yum.

I would assume that if:

1) You have not defined soap in php.ini module section (version dependent).
2) Your phpinfo() does not show soap.
3) php -i does not show soap.

You don't have soap.

Also, check out nusoap?
