IF that isn't working, you could probably download their client and run it.
It works very well.

The red interface has a public IP address. Yes, I checked hte minimize
updates box.

Do you have the "Minimize Updates" box checked in the Dynamic DNS
Settings section? If not, check it.

If it's checked, perhaps your IPCop isn't detecting it's public IP
address properly?

Is your IPCop red interface on a public address or is it nat'd behind a
router? I've run both ways without having this problem.
