IPCop Network Cards

I'm guessing that wherever you read that was simply out of date. I've 
been running the OpenVPN addon on several 1.4.21 hosts for quite some time.

In case you're wondering, they didn't cut a 1.4.21 installer. You'll 
need to install 1.4.20 then upgrade to get absolutely current.
