Open Source CRM

We just started plans to implement SugarCRM at work. I've read mixed
reviews of vTiger, but I've also read the same about Sugar. So far, I
like what I see with the SugarCRM Community Edition (open source), but
I'd be interested in any feedback about Sugar vs. vTiger.
