Wubi installation, Antivirus for Windows in Linux

Ok, I installed Ubuntu using Wubi, but it doesn't load. It starts and
then it hangs and the computer shuts down.
I tried Ubuntu using the Live CD feaure and it works perfectly. 
I'm lost...
 
Any suggestions?
