ISP Infedelity / Touchy-Feelly Photons

I too run a wireless ISP.
I listen to complaints, credit when requested, refund when credit won't do, 
and help my customers personally.
I could use some help shaping my line though...

PS: My ISP runs exclusively in Linux.  Mostly LFS.
