I'm a boomer and I don't see things this way at all. This isn't about
communism, socialism at all and I find your advancing labels to be
extremely dismissive and insulting.

I see culture war and a faction that is more interested in advancing the
politics of division than in trying to solve the problems that we are
facing. I think we can expect to hear the volley's fired by the ditto
heads sniping from the gutter as their vocal expressions become more
irrelevant as they have lost their grip on power.

I am sad that John McCain has tarnished his own reputation by allowing
himself to get sucked into this dialog which so clearly did not benefit
him and I do accept that that this wasn't where he wanted his campaign
to go.

Though his concession speech last night clearly was a step in the right
direction and given the fact that he probably never really had a chance
to win, he made a mistake by getting so negative and allowing his
running mate to become a nasty mouth piece.
