List Use - Replying to Individual Email reappears in the PLUG List? Let's take OT private?

I dont know, according to Lisa's email it sounds like even with
removing plug-discuss at lists.plug.phoenix.az.us (stops for a second to
rest fingers... lol) it still went to the list.
I understand what you meant though, and you're right.  If it did
happen with the reply-to being only the person, that perplexes me too
since nothing is ever included in BCC or CC for me when replying in
any way to plug.
