Sccts guy contradicts RIAA document

just trying to catch Robin Williams and came accross the news instead.
Channel 5 was interviewing the guy in Scottsdale who's being sued by the
record company.

The guy claims he wasn't sharing the songs. The document from the record
company's lawyer claimed he was knowingly sharing the songs.

Didn't catch the whole story, but it might not be as cut and dry as the
record company wants to claim.

There was also the topic of whether or not one can copy songs from CD to a
media player and confirmation of the claim that the claim is not that one
is not allowed to copy to a media player. The reporter mentioned an .mp3
player rather than mentioning a computer.
