IE problem on my website

Okay all I have a new website on my server 

vampypengy.ath.cx

However, I am getting reports that IE can't open it but FF/IW, Opera and even 
Macs have no problems. This web site uses TikiWiki which runs PHP and HTML 
and I have checked it out with a website validator and it only has one error 
on it that I'm not going to bother to check on. W3C gives its a full 
compliance rating. So any ideas?
