Dolphin (a KDE file browser application) under KUbuntu Hardy.

Gives this error.  I run into a lot of problems with program's wanting root 
access.  I suspect that in this case it is a permissions problem again.  Any 
suggestions are welcome.

Unable to save bookmarks 
in /home/tshipley/.kde/share/apps/d3lphin/bookmarks.xml. Reported error was: 
Permission denied. This error message will only be shown once. The cause of 
the error needs to be fixed as quickly as possible, which is most likely a 
full hard drive.
